Last updated: November 6, 2024 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using SnapSentiment (https://snapsentiment.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 2. Description of Service SnapSentiment is a Web App that helps you collect and analyze customer feedback, accessible through our WebApp or the Stripe App Marketplace. 3. User Accounts To use SnapSentiment, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. 4. Data Ownership and Usage Users own the customer feedback data they collect through SnapSentiment. However, this data may not be resold. We collect user data including name, email, and payment information, as well as Stripe data (customer_read, charge_read) and web cookies. 5. Prohibited Uses By using SnapSentiment, you agree that you do not operate a business or sell products or services that are listed in Stripe's Prohibited Businesses list (https://stripe.com/legal/restricted-businesses), including but not limited to jurisdiction-specific prohibited businesses and any other prohibited uses of Stripe products. This includes, but is not limited to: - Any illegal products, services, or activities - Adult content and services (including adult services, video stores, gentleman's clubs, online dating, pornography) - Debt relief companies (including debt settlement, negotiation, and consolidation) - Financial services (including ATMs, check cashing, debt collection, prop trading, money orders, payable-through accounts, peer-to-peer money transmission, bearer shares, shell banks) - Gambling and games of chance (including internet gambling, casino games, sweepstakes, fantasy sports leagues, games of skill with prizes, sports forecasting, lotteries, bidding fee auctions) - Government services without authorization - Identity services (including identity theft protection) - Intellectual property infringement (including unauthorized sales of music, movies, software, counterfeit goods, designer products) - Legal services (including bankruptcy attorneys, bail bonds, law firms collecting non-legal service funds) - Lending and credit (including loan repayments with credit cards, credit monitoring and repair) - Marijuana-related businesses (including cannabis products, dispensaries, CBD products above legal limits, growing equipment) - Nutraceuticals and pseudo-pharmaceuticals making harmful claims - Non-fiat currency (including cryptocurrency mining/staking, ICOs, secondary NFT sales) - Travel (including commercial airlines, cruises, charter airlines, timeshare services) - Unfair, deceptive, or predatory practices (including pyramid schemes, MLM, get-rich-quick schemes, misleading claims, negative option marketing, telemarketing, predatory services) - Weapons, firearms, and dangerous materials (including explosives, weapon components, replicas, dangerous chemicals) - Any businesses promoting unlawful violence or harm - Any other activities prohibited by applicable law 6. Refund Policy Users may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. 7. Privacy Policy Our Privacy Policy (https://snapsentiment.com/privacy-policy) is incorporated into these Terms of Service. 8. Modifications to Service We reserve the right to modify or discontinue SnapSentiment at any time, with or without notice. 9. Termination We may terminate or suspend your account for any reason, at our sole discretion, without notice. 10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. 11. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any changes by email. 12.
