What data does SnapSentiment store from my Stripe account?

SnapSentiment only stores data from your Stripe account when you connect it using your Stripe API Key and API Secret. We do not have access to any of your Stripe data unless you explicitly connect your account.

Once connected, SnapSentiment stores the following data from your Stripe account:

  • Customer email address
  • Customer name
  • Product or service purchased
  • Transaction date and amount

This data is used solely for the purpose of sending review requests and nudges to your customers. We do not share or sell this data with any third parties, and it is securely stored and protected in accordance with industry-standard privacy and security practices.

How can I request to delete my data from SnapSentiment?

At SnapSentiment, we respect your privacy and give you control over your data. If you wish to have your data deleted from our systems, you can submit a request through the following channels:

  • Send an email to privacy@snapsentiment.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your full name and the email address associated with your SnapSentiment account.
  • If you have an active SnapSentiment account, you can submit a data deletion request through the "Settings" section of your account dashboard.

Once we receive your request, we will initiate the process of securely deleting all personal data associated with your account from our systems. Please note that this process may take up to 30 days to complete.
