Getting Started Guide

Welcome to SnapSentiment! This guide will help you get started and familiarize yourself with our features in no time.

Step 1: Sign Up

To get started, you'll need to create an account. Click the 'Sign Up' button in the top right corner and follow the instructions. Once you're signed in, be sure to fill out your company infomation on the Settings page.

Step 2: Purchase Credits

After verifying your email, you'll need to purchase credits to send review requests. Click the one of the 'Purchase Credits' button on the dashboard to get started.

Step 3: Connect to Your Stripe Account

From the SnapSentiment dashboard, navigate to the 'Settings' page and Copy & Paste your API Key and API Secret into the SnapSentiment Stripe App Settings Page.

Step 4: Ask For Your First Review

Once you've connected your Stripe account, you can start sending review requests to your customers. Click the 'Send Review Request' button on your Stripe Dashboard to get started.

Step 5: Explore the Dashboard

After sending your first review request, you can track your reviews and see your review history on the dashboard. Click the 'Dashboard' link in the header navigation to view more.
