  • Yes, you can customize the email content to match your brand voice and maximize response rates. You can also include links to allow users to leave reviews on other platforms like Google Maps, Yelp, and more.
  • SnapSentiment was initially created to help indie creators and solopreneurs solicit, receive, and share reviews on their products listed on their Stripe Dashboard. It may, however, be a good fit for your business.
  • While SnapSentiment can't guarantee only positive reviews, it's designed to engage satisfied customers at the right moment. Plus, our system allows you to address any concerns privately before they become public reviews, helping you maintain a strong online reputation.
  • Yes! You can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Reach outby email.

  • A review request is the initial email sent to your customer after a successful transaction, inviting them to leave a review. A nudge is a follow-up email sent if the customer has not responded to the initial review request, gently reminding them to leave a review.
  • You can purchase credits to send review requests and nudges. Each review request and nudge consumes one credit from your account balance. You can purchase credits through our website or directly from your Snap Sentiment dashboard.
  • SnapSentiment only stores data from your Stripe account when you connect it using your Stripe API Key and API Secret. We do not have access to any of your Stripe data unless you explicitly connect your account.

    Once connected, SnapSentiment stores the following data from your Stripe account:

    • Customer email address
    • Customer name
    • Product or service purchased
    • Transaction date and amount

    This data is used solely for the purpose of sending review requests and nudges to your customers. We do not share or sell this data with any third parties, and it is securely stored and protected in accordance with industry-standard privacy and security practices.

  • At SnapSentiment, we respect your privacy and give you control over your data. If you wish to have your data deleted from our systems, you can submit a request through the following channels:

    • Send an email to privacy@snapsentiment.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your full name and the email address associated with your SnapSentiment account.
    • If you have an active SnapSentiment account, you can submit a data deletion request through the "Settings" section of your account dashboard.

    Once we receive your request, we will initiate the process of securely deleting all personal data associated with your account from our systems. Please note that this process may take up to 30 days to complete.
